This was a very nice stay, reasonable prices. The personnel were ready to help. The location was favourable, within walking distance of Northland Pioneer College. Great restaurant provided Italian dishes.

The room was clean with comfortable beds and wood floors that added a nice touch. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, sausage, and delicious waffles, made starting the day easy. The noise from adjacent rooms was a bit disruptive, and there could be improvements in overall sound insulation. The choice of dining options nearby felt limited, leaving us a bit constrained for evening meals.

Rooms feel a bit dated. Some may find the noise from the nearby highway and freight trucks a nuisance. The Wi-Fi could use some improvement, notable during peak hours. The breakfast room tends to get cramped during busy times.

The manager was helpful and friendly were great. The air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud, which could be an issue for light sleepers.

The queen room was clean and quiet, perfect for my family. We really enjoyed the automatic pancake maker at breakfast, and it was just a short drive to petrified forest national park. The friendly check-in team.

After a long drive, I appreciated the working ice machine! The Queen Room felt snug, perfect for a solo traveler. Despite the breakfast options being limited, I found a cozy café nearby for excellent coffee. A tip, keep the fridge plugged in for an added refreshment.
